Villa in Bellagio
Historical Fairytale Villa in Bellagio
Villa Morosini is a typical manor house built in the 19th century commissioned by the counts Morosini, of ancient Venetian heritage (click here to know the history of Morosinis). Over the years, the Villa was totally restored and was divided into luxurious apartments, which can be reached by the original-nineteenth century marble stairs.
The villa has a large park, which guarantees peace and privacy, also thanks to its quiet and functional position, since it is located in a peaceful area of Bellagio, away from the crowd but not far from the center. In the garden there are stately trees and fountains, and flowers from all over the world.
The location of the Villa is Bellagio, just two minutes driving from the busy and noisy city centre, in a perfect position to enjoy the view of the Lake and the quietness of the nature. Apartment Historia is the perfect location for a romantic holiday, with the thrill and the beauty of an historical location. It also perfectly fit the needs of a family, with its large closed park, where children can play in the nature. For sportsman, the Villa in Bellagio presents as a perfect starting point, as it is on the way to one of Italy most famous cycling tour, the Giro di Lombardia, or IlLombardia.
The Villa was recognized as historically significant and now it is protected by the “Soprintendenza delle Belle Arti e del Paesaggio” which is the Italian department of arts.
