Our properties in Lezzeno offer direct access to the Lake, to fully enjoy living on the shores in typical Italian Villas. Bellagio apartments offer an accomodation in a historycal Villa with a fairytale park. In all our apartments you will experience the simplicity and the quietness of living directly on the Lake, with the comfort of a luxury accomodation.

Our Green Philosophy
Since its opening, Bellagio Villas is committed in reducing energy consumption and waste producion, beginning from energy production without CO2 emission. A responsible and successful project that helps protect our environment by making eco-friendly the stay of our guests without sacrificing comfort and exclusivity, for an impactless life experience!
In the last years we planted a tree for each guest staying with us: 2618 new trees for total of 196.08 tons of CO2 offsetted.
Villa Verdi

Our Villa Puccini is a reserved Villa, pied-dans-l’eau. It offers two waterfront accomodations on Lake Como. All the apartments enjoy a unique view on the Lake. The Villa is in the centre of our small and quiet village. The guests have direct access to the lake so bring your swimsuit with you!
