Villa Puccini is a traditional Villa Italia near Bellagio that offers breathtaking views of the lake from its beautiful garden. Its large terrace invites you to relax and linger. The Villa is located in the hamlet named “Rozzo” and was built by our grandparents in the mid 60s. Our grandparents were shoemakers and owned a small workshop where they made handmade shoes. They opened their small shoe store in their newly built house. Our grandfather’s shoe factory workshop was on the ground floor, while on the upper floor our grandmother sold the self-made shoes.

The store was closed in 1982 and later the house was partly restored, we also renovated it in the last years.

Now it is an exclusive private Villa, in the typical style of Lake Como area, with a private garden overlooking the lake and trees of a typical ficus of this area, the “fïic de la rima”, which in late summer offer sweet violet fruits. Under the patio overlooking the lake, you can enjoy breakfast or just sit for a snack. Private access to the lake allows refreshment in the waters. The Villa, with precious wooden furniture is set next to the centre of the village, the main church and the ferry dock, and it offers private car parking, too.

We rent the whole Villa Italia next to Bellagio or the two semi-detached villas by which it is composed: Turandot and La Bohème.
